Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd built on this victory and then went on to a three-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents inside the first round in each fight. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen and beat her in a unanimous decision to put a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her record for amateurs to 8-1. Aspen made her pro debut in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011, and was victorious by the first round TKO. Invicta fought her at Bantamweight and prevailed via armbar submission in the 2nd round. Aspen employed her skills in wrestling to knock down McGill by TKO in the third-round (elbows and punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd missed weight despite this Aspen dominated Hoy and finished her off in the second round via TKO. At Invicta FC21, she was the last match with the company. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks with a majority decision. Her UFC debut took place in UFC Fight Night 118 when she took on Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina as she ground-and-pound pounded her for a TKO win in the second round. The next time she fought Tonya Evinger in UFC 229, her victory was even more stunning. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the first round. The winner also got the bonus for performance of night. Her first fight of note came during her subsequent fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos in which she faced. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. Both fighters fought one of the most competitive fights that Ladd beat by a unanimous decision. Both fighters were awarded the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight and ended her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in the third at UFC 7.7 on ESPN. For a rematch, she fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. It was a loss by unanimous decision.
