Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, positive and negative. In 1990 I moved to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my journey. In order to give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get a good job. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But the reality of life changed my plans. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. The status and wealth were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I wasted my time to make a living. As I began to move towards my new life path I realized that personal training was the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help people. It was in 2014 that I started my own small business and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. I strive to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, follow their passions and live your life to the fullest. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. It was the hardest of everything. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lesson we need, even if we aren't aware of that it is there. There are many ways that my mom's death changed me. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to live through her demise. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to transition into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is an experience of vitality and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, rather than just surviving. When I share my experience I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for you. My hope is that my words can make you aware that you're never truly alone. That you have the potential to accomplish anything that your heart desires. I pray that you live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
